Plastic : from waste to wealth

Introduction:
Plastic: now a day’s plastic has became a part of life. Due to increase in the population, the generation of waste is getting double day by day. Plastic waste management has become a huge problem in the society. So it is important to view “waste “as a valuable ‘resource ‘that can be converted into a variety of useful products. This process of conversion of waste to a product that can be put to primary use can be viewed as a process of generating wealth.

Plastic waste Management:

The highest portion of our home garbage consists of plastic waste. Plastic has become a basic need in the present society. So it is necessary to dispose the plastic waste in the right path.
The three solid waste management strategies are 3R Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Reuse is one of the best strategies as it involves the reusing of plastic products in its original state. It is easy, simple and very cheap to adopt. Reducing the production of unwanted plastic materials can also bring some changes recycling is the best way to segregate plastic waste. In this process recovering of waste plastic of scrap plastic material into useful products. This will help in decreasing the rate of plastic waste management.

With technological advancement in waste management for plastic recycling the scenario is gradually improving. Today it has became easy to recycle plastic even at an individual level.

Conclusion
If business across the world planned strategies for plastic waste and recycling in their waste management approach, it will be giant leap towards purifying our precious environment. Even small initiatives for plastic reuse and recycling can make a bige difference towards environment construction
Thus, it’s our responsibility to dispose the plastic waste in the right path.
