School and colleges should train students and motivate them to clean themselves and the society. And make them to be responsible to their waste. Make a law that the citizens are responsible for their own waste and there should be no dustbin kept in street and they themself should compost their waste and there should be a clear ban for plastics all over the country. This will make them to be socially responsible at young age and make our country without waste dump in any place..
